Next-Day Delivery (Local Orders)
Next-day delivery is available for eligible local orders placed before the cut-off time of 5:00pm. Orders must be placed within selected local delivery zones. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and courier availability.

Domestic Shipping
We ship across the country using trusted delivery partners. Standard delivery times are typically 1–3 business days. Express shipping will be available at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping (Worldwide)
TEAM™ Blends ships internationally to most countries. International delivery times are generally 5–21 business days depending on destination. Customs delays may occur and are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, high order volumes, or public holidays. TEAM™ Blends is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. TEAM™ Blends does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with the product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
